Practicing relaxation through Massage and Bodywork, utilizing techniques in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Medical Massage, Hot Stones, Active Isolated Stretching, and a variety of other techniques. My philosophy is to integrate these types of massage therapy to optimize the overall effectiveness of massage. I have made a career of helping other through being a first responder for over 30 years, and have found the power of touch can be just as beneficial with improving  quality of life for others. I work EMS and have a great understanding when it comes to working with clients concerning Medical Issues, especially with On-site massages available.
